The university management has mismanaged finances and is therefore threatening to fire a large amount of staff rather then commuting to a pay cap of £100,000 for all staff. This cap would save at least £1,000,000 and keep the job of lower income people at the university safe. So the capitalist and careless leasing of the executive team are the worst but about UEA. The best bits are the caring staff, whose jobs are at risk, and the library.

My teachers are lovely and the course content is interesting. One draw back is that there is one assignment worth 100% of the marks at the end of modules. I would prefer there be a smaller 20-30% assignment earlier in module so as to split up the pressure.
