this uni was what I was looking for, good central location in Scotland, gorgeous campus, has a great range of courses, and very flexible. however, its' pretty disorganised, people don't seem to know what's going on most of the time. we were never even given a map of the classes.

I've not used them that much since I'm still a 1st year, but the library is really good, lots of choice, not a lot of free computers when it's busy. the bookshop has all the textbooks you need but its not always cheaper than amazon (as they claim to be).

I've only used it once to change modules and that was done fine.

I'm not that big a part of the union. I like the range of services we have on campus (like shops and places to eat and study and even the gp/dentists) and the pub bit is pretty nice the few times I've been, but I'm not a pub person.

I really like Stirling, the uni is a 10 min bus ride away, it's got a lot of shops, cute cafes, student discounts everywhere, the train station is at a good location and you can get to Glasgow or Edinburgh pretty quickly of Stirling's too small for you. I'm not sure about the night life, I'm not really into that, but there's two clubs in Stirling and one in the village that's 5 mins away.

there's a wide range but I stopped going to the two I went to cuz I wasn't interested. And I was only 17 when I started uni and all the first meetings fr the clubs were pub crawls so I couldn't really go.

really depends on the lecturer, but most of the course material is really good if you picked the right modules for you. there's always help available but I think it's a good level of independency for 1st year level.

I don't really know I'm just a 1st year student but apparently they're good?

I'm in the "nicest" accommodation that isn't new and it's pretty good. I like my room, it's a good size, I've got a good view (i.e. not facing the other buildings) and I've got a great ensuite, the shower is amazing. but it gets pretty loud and the kitchen I share with 12 people is absolutely tiny and always dirty, no matter how many times the cleaner comes. the new buildings have a kitchen twice the size for 5-7 people.
