My first year had a lot of teacher strikes, which I support, however it has negatively impacted my experience of honing my first year akills and I think has negatively impacted my confidence within the classroom

I love my course, my lecturers are amazing, and it even lead me to doing a study abroad in America, but doing a course with only 2 or every other week just 1 day in university is very silly, I find it makes work feel harder, and the days I am in feel much more overwhelming. A more spread out timetable would have impacted my university experience in a much more positive way

I loved how it was a townhouse and living with 12 people, but the maintenance always took a long time, and it was further out of the city compared to my friends who was also in halls

The community is really good when given the opportunity but i feel as though opportunities aren’t enforced enough. Hours on campus are short for certain courses, there should be more hours for more socialising it can be quite isolating. The facilities are really good, the library is easy to use and a nice space for working and many buildings have nice study areas.

The course is fun and engaging at times and the content can be interesting but doesn’t feel advanced enough. The teaching staff are all friendly and supportive, they don’t pass judgement on any absences or work that might not be up to scratch, they are fair and reasonable.
