It's been very enjoyable, obviously it would have been better if COVID hadn't happened as I feel like I've missed out on a lot of learning and the uni experience overall hut considering the circumstances it has been very good

The campus aspect of the university is great! Having everything so close together is such a plus although the food shops are a 15/20 min walk a way, which can be a bit of a nuances although it makes me burn off all the uber eats I’ve been getting which is another perk of studying here, as there’s literally endless food choices on the app! The student union is open 7days a week and always have something going on, live music, quizzes, comedy evening and much more there’s always something for everyone! I also love how clean and seething the campus is, it really completes the whole experience for me and makes me feel more at ease as it’s visually appealing which puts me in a positive mindset in preparation for my studies!! I really love studying here. The transport also is another great factor, there’s bus stations everywhere which is so handy to go into central Manchester which is only a 10min trip and all the Bee network buses cost £2 no matter how far you travel which I really love, as this is beneficial for that student finance life!

All of my course is face to face there for I go in for every lecture/seminar or skills workshop. The course hours are roughly 8-10 per week with a fairly hefty amount of external learning/revising which is okay due to the hours not being too high. Also get Fridays off which I love #longweekend. One thing that could be a little better is the break between the lessons are sometimes a couple of hours where I usually just spend doing some work. It’s a pain because the building for the course is a 20min bus ride away so you can’t really go back to the accommodation because it takes a bit too long but staying in the building is also a bit long and boring.

In fairness the accom is very nice. I believe its minimum 7 years old which is still veryyy new, my few is a little bit bad (it’s a brick wall) but I can deal with it, it’s a little bit pricey too, although the felicities are top quality and the maintenance is very speedy in terms of responding to the requests they get for example fixing my radiator they came within 24hrs to resolve the issue. There security around the accom 24/7 I always see them marching around which makes me feel guarded and safe, also to get into the accom you’d need a key card to get through reception first then a key card to access all the other buildings and flats so it’s pretty hard to get in if you’re a non student which makes me feel at ease and protected too. It’s a very enclosed area which is great it feels like it’s a little village here we have a little convenience store, cinema, washroom, gaming room and a gym which gives it all in all a homely feel. The areas are always clean too the bins never overflow, no mess on the floors, a teas and coffees are always on offer for free too!!
