A beautiful historic city with the uni at the heart of it, everything is within walking distance which is amazing! Everyone seems friendly and Lincoln is a very pretty place - the Brayford Quay is lit up at night and there are an impressive amount of restaurants.

Library open 24/7, good facilities for every subject it seems

There's a welfare team, on site student doctors and the students union all of which are more than happy to help you with anything

Plenty of clubs and bars to go to and there's lots of small independent shops/cafes which is lovely to go to with friends/family

Lots of clubs in the city that are all just a few minutes walk away

I'm studying Media Production and absolutely love the course. One reason I chose Lincoln over other unis was because of the diversity the course offers; in the first year you do a range of modules (radio, tv, film, design, photography, design and digital media) and then in year two you specialise in two subjects and then one in year three. If there was one negative, it would be the relationship between students and lecturers. Uni is very different from sixth form - your relationship between lecturers is much less personal. Also, although we each have a personal tutor, I'm still yet to meet mine.

There's LOADS of accommodation for students in Lincoln and in comparison to other unis, Lincoln's accommodation exceeds them all
