BCU is a great place to start experience student life right in the city centre and the facilities on campus really helps with expanding on your skills to further your education in university. I personally believe that there could be more student unions and/or they could have more interesting opportunities within unions so more people would get involved. I currently don’t know of one person in my course who is part of a student union which is why i think there could be better appeal towards it.

The content of the course so far has been relevant and it has helped me with building upon my skills to make better projects. I enjoy using the facilities and having access to the amount of equipment that we have I believe that there could be a better range of work placements by the university reaching out to more people in order for us to find a placement that works best with us and the skills that we would want to develop for a future career. Currently there isn’t much in relation to media production and more broadly media and communications.
