Lecturers make it feel like an inviting experience and treated like an adult and they make the course broad so that it can capture everyone’s interests and are open to feedback. It could be improved by improving the services - guild advice for example take 3-5 working days when some people need help now. More help readily available in person not just via email and a few days wait

More contact hours needed - paying a lot of money for only 6 hours a week of teaching. Broad subject topics and can always speak to lecturers in office hours

Very expensive when I was there - was during Covid so was stuck in flat a lot of the time without much support. Nice big kitchen and facilities - the vale is beautiful and always had heating and wifi
