Facilities are great, open, and make you feel ready to study. The student union isn't really that good at UoG and the student life is on the quieter side, it's tough to make real connections as societies are mostly made up of small core groups where new members aren't very welcome.

Lecturers and wider team (technicians and supporting staff) are excellent. Lectures make sense and majority of them link directly to the assignments set, sometimes even specifically highlighted on some modules for clear revision. Assignments are realistic and examples of what future employers would expect you to produce. Facilities and equipment are great, although sometimes you end up in larger groups when using more expensive equipment the uni doesn't have many of which means the experience isn't as good if you end up with people who don't really care much about the activity. Course wise, the only thing that could be better would be better organisation and communication from lecturers to students on trips, especially on the residential in Year 1.

I love my lecturers they are so supportive and very knowledgable. Great opportunities for connections

I loved the size of my room however, hardwick is quite neglected, post doesn't get delivered to campus, nor do we have safe bike storage
