Welcoming City: Manchester is a wonderfully friendly and diverse city where I, as a black international student, have felt comfortable and safe, especially when using public transportation. Inclusive Campus Life: MMU truly embraces diversity and inclusivity. They offer a wide range of societies and activities, ensuring that there's something for everyone. It's been a great way for me to connect with people from various backgrounds. Wellbeing-Focused Schedules: What I appreciate about MMU is their consideration for student wellbeing. The timetables are thoughtfully designed, preventing burnout and allowing me to maintain a healthy balance between my academic and personal life.

The best aspect of my course has undoubtedly been the diverse classroom environment. Interacting with classmates from various backgrounds and cultures has enriched the learning experience. The shared content becomes even more engaging as it's often explored through the lens of experiences from different countries, providing a global perspective. On the flip side, the worst part has been the lack of practical experience opportunities. I had expected more industry-related tours to complement the course content. Practical exposure is crucial in our field, and I hope to see more of these opportunities integrated into the curriculum in the future.
