There is a comforting atmosphere and all the teachers go out of their way to make it a better learning environment and to better your knowledge. I have made lifelong friends and received invaluable support in finding my favourite first choice placement which I don’t believe other unis provide. I love the outside learning aspect of it, being able to see how to put different theories into practice. The only personal downside is that some students are slightly rowdy on a night out but most students enjoy the nightlife.

I love the course, it is perfect for me and I enjoy all aspects of most modules. Some of the modules I do not enjoy but realise they are an important part of my degree and help me learn overall. I like having the in person lectures as they are highly educational and the outside learning is very interesting to put theory into practice. It is very easy to contact lecturers and they are beyond helpful.

Harper has a distinct lack of diversity but is located rurally and has plenty to do around the campus and local towns. The graduate opportunities are great due to the placement year.

I loved staying in halls, they helped me to make friends and were regularly cleaned by friendly cleaners, it was safe as all the doors were fully functional and lockable as were our individual doors. I had everything I needed and maintenance was quick and to high quality.

The student life is really good, you will find some of the best friends there. The campus is in a lovely location and the opportunities for farm work are worthwhile

The lecturers really put the students as there priority, prepared to help in any way possible
