It’s a great place to study as there is a lot of resources given to ensure you are on top of your studies. As well as this the app pulse allows lecturers to effectively communicate with us students. Because of this communication we won’t miss out on key areas of the course. However, some seminars are typically quiet and unhelpful. I’d rather it be set up so students can let teachers know areas of concern and that can be addressed then.

The best part of my course is the hands on experience and feel it gives. Each lecture is articulated in a way that interests us all and prepares us for not only exams but our future careers. I also enjoy that they bring people with work experience in the forensics industry to tell us more about everything. Although one of my subjects was chemistry, which I didn’t enjoy simply as I’m not a fan of the subject.

I enjoy that I can have time to myself rather than a house share with my own private bathroom. However there is workers constantly in and out of your flat and sometimes room without notice. I feel like this invades my privacy and peace of mind. Constant reconstruction as well, lots of drilling- just doesn’t feel as if I should be paying as much to have so many downsides.

I have actually preferred the online learning, as it has made it easy to make detailed notes at my own pace. The practicals have successfully been recreated and filmed for us.

Very good lab tech, large modern lecture halls.

Occasional seminar groups with w programme leader. However my programme leader is also one of my lecturers making it sometimes a little awkward to go to them for help with specific lectures.

The course is very interactive,. Lots of content and engaging activities.
