Firstly, there has been an ongoing issue with rodent infestation. Despite initial attempts to address the problem, further sightings have been reported a month later, indicating that the issue has not been fully resolved. Secondly, residents experienced a two-weekend period of hot water disruption. While the issue has since been resolved, the experience was highly unsatisfactory. Finally, the cleanliness and hygiene of the communal areas require an improvement.
