St Francis close campus looks like a castle. So beautiful in winter and summer. This cold winter campus has always been heated. Really close to Cheltenham town for eating and drinking. Student services have always been helpful and available. Good place to get assignments checked over. Student population are diverse, I have met great international students that I will be friends with for life. I feel as if my epistemology has changed, assignments are given with as much freedom of topic inside modules. This has developed my criticality of research and my own thoughts. Local transport, from town to town, has been impacted recently so waiting times have doubled to 20minutes.

Lectures have always got time to go over your assignment plans or confusion over topics. Can not fault the staff on the support they provide: This course develops critical thinking. There is no right answer as long as you can back up your thoughts! The course is mainly females. Can get back to back lectures.

The university offers a wide range of course and always promotes it's extra-curricular activities that relate to an individual's course. The university also offers a wide range of sports to take part in for all levels and abilities. The campus always has a friendly vibe and there is always a face you can find on campus that you know!

Our course provides a whole new library for school resources that we may need. There are always assignment books in the library and there are many out of hours computer rooms that can be used!

The help zone is always open to anyone and everyone. I have never needed it myself but have had friends that have used the student support and they have given is good feedback.

In first year, I lived on pittville campus and the SU bar always had different activities going on that were always well promoted. The SU are well connected on Facebook and always keep us students entertained! They throw an amazing summer ball!!!!

Cheltenham is a beautiful town but sometimes very small in comparison to my home city (Birmingham). It's a lovely town to study in and provides everything it needs, also plenty of student housing around!

My course is rather intense a therefore I did not have time to commit to the proper netball team. However, the uni have a recreational netball team which happens once a week so I have been able to take part! It accepts all kinds of ability players and is all about having fun even though we can still compete! The sports office are always promoting different clubs and events that are going on around the university.

My course provides a very practical and hands on approach to teaching which I think is interesting and fabulous! We are given the time to go out into schools and see what teaching is truly like on a day to day basis.

The university runs job fairs frequently throughout the year. On my course (Primary BEd) the lecturers always relate current scenarios to when we will be applying for jobs and tell us the best pieces of information they have to secure the jobs we apply for.

I live in Pitville Halls last year (first year) and absolutely loved the positioning of the rooms as each flat was a communal area. There was lots of kitchen space and en-suite bathrooms. However, Pittville is in need of some major referbishment!!!!
