Best- The university facilities all look up to date and fresh. The uni bus is excellent as it is free, Frequent and reliable and can get you to the places you need to access easily! I stayed in the cheapest accommodation, and even then it was always clean, and although it was simple, I have very happy memories in there! My course is excellent and you get great support, however I do think one improvement could be to have more direct teaching time as this is very low! The night life is quite small, however it just depends what you like as I way prefer living somewhere where I can easily go for walks in the peak district than clubbing! Overall I have loved Derby and derby uni and would definitely recommend it!

The halls I stayed in was the cheapest available, and even then it was simple but always clean! Security was great as if you felt unsafe or had a noise complaint you could call them and they would help straight away! One of the few issues I had was that, while I was there for 2 years, the first year my boiler was great, however for the second year it didnt work but when compained it didnt ever get fixed. This meant you always had to get cold showers even in winter! However, the rooms were always excellently heated, and the weekly cleaner, Grace was so lovely and became like a second mum to me! The only other difficulty I ever had was the office was hard to access as it often was not open to collect your post. I Still would hightly recomend!

We need more microwaves and fresfruit in the shop. There is support for students but long waits for wellbeing. Campus feels very dull and needs updating, the new blends is beautiful and has more than enough plugs

My tutors mostly seem knowledgeable and helpful. Some go above and beyond. Some content seems repetitive and common sense
