The staff are so helpful and supportive my academic tutor holds catch-up meetings regularly and has lots of helpful advice and guidance. The support for students with specific learning difficulties has been great as well they help you get an assessment and also help you get any equipment and support you need. The course and course content is also great! The fact that clubs and societies are free to join is also fantastic and they are welcoming to anybody. Finally, Bangor University campus has the most idyllic setting with views of the Menai strait and Snowdonia mountains! It has such a calming effect and makes me want to go study in the Main Arts library more often!

My course is taught in person and the content is great, there were lots of different module options within the MA Education Studies and the modules I chose have varied and interesting content that is carefully chosen to help widen our career prospects. The lecturers and tutors are very knowledgeable and are happy to help and offer support whenever it is needed.

The halls I chose had a view of Snowdonia and I was allocated the exact room of my choice! There is onsite security which made the halls feel very safe. It was also close to campus and the student union/bar, making it a great location for attending events. The guy was a 2-minute walk away and membership was included in the rent. The wifi was strong and never went down and the bins and grounds were well cared for. The only thing I would change about the halls is roommate allocation. Some unis have you fill in a questionnaire and match you with similar room mates I think this would make everyone happier as they would find similar and like-minded people as I know some people that struggled to get along with their flatmates.

I like very much the teacher's approach to each student and the way they treat students.
