I have benefited greatly from the professional learning of the educational leadership program.Frist,I can learn to understand the trend of educational globalization and the practice and change of educational leadership theory, and apply the learned methods to the educational systems of China and the UK. Secondly, by applying theoretical reflection and practice to my work, I can better manage my team, cultivate more good teachers and cross-border talent, and better serve students; Thirdly, it is very challenging and meaningful to introduce innovative educational methods and practice through learning and research.

I like the teaching team of the education leadership programe. Dear Mr. Chris Ogden, Ms. Wendy Garner, Ms. Katina Davies and especially Professor Steve, my supervisor, have opened the academic doors to me and given me encouragement, guidance and help, for which I am very grateful.Special thanks should also go to all the excellent professors who have taught me in the university of Chester, for leading me into the field of research work, and for giving me great inspiration, courage, and confidence during my studies. Their insightful lectures made my studies delightful and enjoyable.
