Queen’s University Belfast provides great support for students. For example, the university offers a wide range of Academic English courses to help international students strengthen their English skills. In addition, there are many events and activities that create opportunities to connect and communicate with students from different countries and cultural backgrounds. This has helped me feel more included and supported during my study experience.

The assignment requirements are very clear, and the lecturers provide helpful guidance before the final submission. For example, we are often able to submit a first draft and receive constructive feedback, which we can then use to improve our work before handing in the final version. This support is especially valuable for international students, as it helps us better understand and adapt to the UK academic writing structure and expectations.

The classroom facilities are well-equipped and support learning really well. However, it would be even better if the desks could be a bit bigger, as it would make it more convenient to use a laptop and take notes at the same time.
