The wifi is awful, halls are amazing. There is a lot of support, I think there should be more hang out areas.

Lecturers talk a bit too fast to try and keep up with but otherwise it’s good

The student development and well-being support at Liverpool Hope is very accessible for all students. The university provides 1:1 drop in sessions each day, and there are other services the university offer such as counselling. I found found this very beneficial, and I feel that support is one of the things that Liverpool Hope University does very well! The location of the university is great, as well as the tutors and lecturers. I think the university could be improved by having more facilities eg more microwaves around campus to heat up food, more water fountains, more car parking spaces, etc. I find that there are never enough car parking spaces which makes me late for lectures. Overall, this university is a great place to study. They act upon feedback given and always strive to support us.

My course is very well structured, and my tutors are supportive and want to help. Sometimes, certain ideas are repeated which isn’t great.

I personally moved into halls on campus. The university were really supportive in ensuring I settled in. We each had a Student Resident Tutor (SRT). These individuals are there to support students with the transition to university and is there to alleviate any worries or concerns. I found this really helpful, as when I moved in, I got their email address and phone number. However, the Wi-Fi wasn’t very good as I couldn’t connect my Firestick or my printer properly, due to a fire wall.
