There is really a lot of support, lots of ressources, and lovely people. I also like that the city is a very young city : lots of students in the street, you often bump into someone that you know, there are always events going on, so even if Sheffield is not the biggest city ever, you absolutely have a way to have a very full schedule and a super rich life. 100% recommand.

Mathematics are a difficult topic to teach, because it is a lot of individual work in order to grasp the concepts, but the teachers are really available in teacher's hours, which enables to ask questions, and get help. Moreover, the university offers free support with tutors from upper years, which is great. I just wish there were more teaching hours, more focused on EXPLAINING rather than just giving the course.

I think the uni it quite nice. The people are generally really lovely and the teachers are people good

I mean the access to specific journals are limited however I generally like most of my lecturers and the content is interesting I like how I can tailor my degree a lot
