I feel secure and protected, as entry and exit always require a student ID, with a staff member always looking out to assist me. The facility is navigable, sufficient, with clean, operating toilets and a library.
The teachers and staff are always ready to help me with anything, from getting used to living in the UK to practical advice regarding my academic study and career. The teachers always spend the last hour of each day talking about the assessment, to make sure that students know how to do it. There is even a tutor dedicated to helping us write the best assessment.
At the beginning of the school year, there were some problems with assigning teachers to my classes. However, it happened only once and was quickly fixed, and it was also the only problem that I've ever encountered while studying here.

My course covers a lot of relevant knowledge regarding digital marketing, down to the popular terminologies often used in the industry. There were a lot of questions from our teachers, using real-life examples to make sure that we could apply our knowledge practically. A lot of activities also helped me to practice the theories.
One noteworthy thing is that when I entered the school year, the university did block-teaching (one module at a time) for the first time. The class hours were not much, and students had to really focus on self-study and research outside of class. However, all the help from my teachers was more than enough to help me understand the modules and write good, critical assessments.
