I genuinely just have good memories of this university, one of them being Darby day

During my undergrand lectures' content felt a bit limited, but during my postgrad I understood that those were the basics of the subject I'm studying. I love the lectures, but sometimes I feel like we don't always get to put info in practice

Colchester is a very old city, however it's not too expensive, has great transport and loads of part-time work opportunities in retail shops, coffee shops or pubs/bars/restaurants. I don't think it's great for graduate employment opportunities, as most people just move to London for that, but the university offers a lot of opportunities to work after graduating

North Towers have a lot of people in a flat, but it's a very good value for money and you also get to meet loads of people. On the other hand, I think Houses is the best accommodation on campus.
