The university offers good course with interesting content that often comes from research but for me personally the city isn’t the best. The first year accommodation is quite far away from the town centre, the clubbing scene here can be expensive and not amazing and the town in general isn’t for everyone. However I have still had some good experiences here such as at the o2, on my degree and at peoples accommodations

Depending on the modules you choose the course can be very interesting and cover a lot of good content that comes from research and some of the lectures can be really good. However, there isn’t a lot of time actually with the lecturers and some of them do just read of the slides so it doesn’t feel like valuable time being used

Very close to town, really good transport links via train station. The societies are really good and have allowed me to take part in multiple sports and hobbies I've never tried before

The teaching staff are all very friendly and easily reachable via email for any concerns about lectures, seminars, tutorials and exams. They are also always available after the lecture to answer any questions you have that you don't want to say in front of the lecture hall.

I chose to have an ensuite this first year, really spacious and good sized sink. The kitchen has plenty of storage cabinets and multiple fridge/freezers for you and flat mates. The kitchen also doubles as a hangout spot with two sofas near the window.
