The university is so welcoming and supportive. I'm an estranged, queer, disabled student and they've been so incredibly accommodating. Staff and faculty went out of their way to make me feel safe and welcome, as well as supporting my studies when they're troubled by my health issues. The main problem I have is the commute to campus as someone with mobility limitations. The uni could be better looking, but I'd rather they continue to deliver amazing quality than look amazing.

I've had the best time on my course, and I feel it covers a huge amount. It's diverse, nuanced, and modern - I've completely loved it. I sometimes have difficulty catching up when I miss things due to disability - the lecture recordings aren't always timely. But aside from technology, my tutors go out of their way to support me and refer me to wellbeing when I need help.

Bowland Main is fairly cheap and I think it's as good as it can be for the cost. Sometimes we had issues with the pipes and such which took a while to be fixed (particularly problematic during winter) but overall it was a good place to live. Very worth it for the central location and low price.
