I enjoy studying here due to the fact that it is a half hour commute from my home and is also very specified in the course I am studying. The facilities are good and I'm able to use them even during free periods. I wish the forms used by the wellbeing service would be a bit more accessible and easier to understand. I also wish my tutors would be more supportive, especially seeing as I have a difficult home life and recently ended up having a panic attack in lecture after I was ignored for over 30 minutes crying in plain view and obviously in need of help. Some of the tutors either go too fast through the material or are so vague that I struggle to understand what is expected of me.

I understand that tutors have a lot to do and need weekends to themselves. However, I would prefer it if they were more aware of people needing support rather than chatting to others in lectures at length whilst I'm trying to get their attention or having to ask the same thing over and over and feeling like a burden. I have also made an effort to let lecturers know if I'm going to be late, especially when they have made a point to mention it to the class but then get no thanks or even acknowledgement.

The 2nd floor has all the goods and lecturers necessary to succeed in the course. Nothing negative to mention.
