Is the new building but the amount of doors requiring card to open is ridiculous. Enter the building, calling a lift, going from class to toilet, getting out of the building. Teaching is great but when it comes to final deadlines, it is definitely too rushed. You feel like everything is all at once. For dissertation movie with deadline at the end of August university requiring paperwork at the end of April. Which makes it difficult for the people who are filming abroad and doesn't have a chance to get to know their subject better. School lectures are finished at the end of April, but on the school dates showing additional 2 weeks of teaching. Production day is ok but to concentrated on broadcasting instead of filmaking. Feels like a journalism not filmaking. Deadlines dates are included in the school calendar. Equipment store doesn't have a shoulder rigs important when it comes to filming observatory film. School is also very strict when it comes to absence and doesn't understand that some students needs work part-time to survive. It feels oriented to international students who pay double tuition fee and is not in touch with reality. Admission team is very unhelpful and unprofessional. Verifying right to study in the uk a couple of times and still placing me on international list of students. Took me a 2 months to change it into the home fee. You can learn a lot when it comes to industry and you will meet proffesionals working in industry already and it's a great part. But otherwise university need to fix the issues with this course.

Full time course 3 days in the week, in a class. School is strict when it comes to attending lectures. Course leader doesn't understand that some people are not rich enough and have to study part time to survive. Very often there's no response from the lecturers.

It's great city with a lot of friendly people. A lot of opportunities for part time work. A lot od students from all over the world but after Brexit mostly from Asia.
