The university has great professors who are passionate and the facilities are such that I was always have access to equipment needed to do work for the university. The problem is the gym closes kind of early, and the university is kind of isolated from much else; though, the campus is well-equipped.

Everything is in-person which I like, each module has a reasonable number if contact hours in my opinion but it’s annoying that as a 1st year we have to take a core module that essentially anyone who has programmed before would learn almost nothing new, I believe this is a requirement for the uni to do but it would be nice to have some sort of accelerated equivalent as I know Economics has a Math A/Math B system for one of their modules. All lectures are recorded which is helpful in the case something is missed or for reviewing content.

The hall is on campus and a 10 minute walk from the other side of the campus, the room is spacious and doesn’t lack anything I’d expected. The kitchen is shared between 8 of us and we don’t ever have problems with it being too crowded. Since the hall is on campus the wifi is eduroam which, as usual, cuts out at random times. This is one of the more expensive halls and I believe you can get better value for money by living off campus with other peers.

Excellent, experienced and professional lecturers. Real quality education. Beautiful nature filled campus. Lots of student activities. Some buildings are a little defaced and vandalised.

Lecturers teach with great care and made sure every student can follow their lecture. Courses are very detailed and have high quality. Lecturers always respond to questions on moodle.
