The best thing about university for me is the uniportal where we can get all the details about anything that we need including access to our academic portal (Canvas), career unit and academic support units. The portal it self gives me the feeling of being in the university virtually. Even the university itself is a great place. I never had any trouble with facilities or access to support. The campus culture is very warm and welcoming even to us, the international students. Our lecturers are always available to give us extra support when needed and all the help we need is just few clicks away through the uni portal. One small thing I would like to improved are the student clubs. Overall, I'm truly happy with selecting UCB for my higher studies. Thank you for being such a great place.

We can contact our lecturers through email at any time and they are available for extra help all the time. Also during the lectures we have really good interactive learning where our lecturers interact with us using various activities, questions and practicals. They interact with each student whenever they have trouble with understanding the content and always tend to check our progress individually as well. Course hours are well structured allowing students who work or have family responsibilities to have a proper study-life balance. Academic support through mentors, assignment support and English language support is always available in UCB which I admire a lot. Overall, UCB have done an excellent job in making the Academic journey a very enjoyable ride for the students.

The best thing is that it is really easy to access through public transport. As Birmingham is one of the best cities in UK, it has most of the facilities that students need. I have come across great work opportunities in here. One small problem I see is its a bit troublesome to find accommodation for students with dependents for an affordable price.

The campus at University College Birmingham is modern and has a good atmosphere. The quality of teaching and education at University College Birmingham is excellent. The teachers are very friendly and motivated. This is my first year and I also don’t know how to referencing in assignments but they guide me properly and I can do it now so easily. And also the location of the university is quite better place, Birmingham is generally considered safe, with safety levels comparable to other major UK cities

Course assessment: 50 percent course work, 45 percent project or assessments, 5 percent written exam. Weekly 13-14 hours classes. And we have a student portal where we can find out all the information of classes
