I think uni life can be very hectic and fast paced, and sometimes it can make me feel lost and behind. However, there are always people to look to for help and advice. There are lots of places and opportunities to pursue your passions and dreams even outside of your course and make strong friendships. Overall, I would say that Falmouth has been great for my mental health and has boosted my confidence by a lot.

Lecturers are almost always available to ask for help, and there are lots of resources and high quality facilities to use. Sometimes the teaching feels like it is way ahead of me, or like I should have been taught some of these basics before being thrown into multiple projects at once, including short-time group projects, but when we are taught things I think they are shown to us in a way that is easy to understand.

I think that the location of the accommodation is incredibly convenient, and there is lots of access to good resources and maintenance. The utilities can be a bit shoddy sometimes and require basic fixing but it's usually nothing major. I think that being in a shared room provides a much different uni experience, and provides daily challenges that nobody else needs to worry about, so it doesn't make sense to me how close in cost the shared rooms are to the others. I believe that people living in shared rooms should have it be cheaper by a significant amount compared to the double-bed rooms.

Great location, cheap but healthy and tasty canteen food, interesting lecturers with industry experience and a great creative atmosphere overall. Falmouth University is unlike any other; you are surrounded by creative and inspiring people daily. The accommodation is amazing for the price, and the halls atmosphere is great for party enthusiasts. Situated on a hill in Penryn, you have amazing views of Penryn all around, rolling fields and trees. It's a relaxing place that makes you feel at home.

Apple Macs are available to use on campus, the library is open 24/7 with plenty of space and a wide range of books. The campus shop is cheap enough and has everything you might need. The Stannary bar is also cheap and has a good range of drinks.

I've changed courses in my time here and the support I got through that was great. I also know of people using student services and support on a regular basis who have come leaps and bounds since being supported.

They are great at organising events and making sure everyone knows about them. All the events are great too, including lots of stuff for charity.

Not a big 'clubbing' environment but Club I is a gem; Mangos however is a great night out and Toast is also decent. It's better for people who would rather sit in the pub with a big group of friends.

There are tonnes of societies that always do regular activities together.

Most lecturers have industry experience and bring knowledge but also intriguing and helpful stories.

They offer placements in your third year.

Double bed, en suite, huge desk, wardrobe and draws and a massive pinboard and shelves! Such cosy and spacious rooms.
