The course is really good, location is very central Brighton and only 10 minutes from the beach. There has been a lot of student support but not lots of student union interation.

We have access to the textiles and fashion design facilities if need be but the practical elements are not needed in the course, therefore not included in the fashion comms rooms. There are several studios and cameras available to us.

Amazing location, 24 hour security, anywhere in Brighton is expensive. Management could be better, our sinks were blocked and it took a week for them to call a plumber.

Going to uni at the University of Brighton has been the best choice I have made so far. The fact that that I can meet so many interesting people and it has been really amazing to be in such and beautiful and vibrant city. I’m an international student but now Brighton definitely feels like home. Our tutors are the most friendly and understanding faculty. The creative freedom and the direction from the tutors has been so helpful. I have grown so much since coming here. I have developed a ton of new skills and I have learnt so much these past months, it makes me feel overwhelmed and confident with my work. The only aspect I’m not exactly happy would be the work load gets too much in my coarse. But I’m not complaining cause I have realised that this pressure is kind of necessary for me and my uni work. The campus is pretty good and in the city so it’s really convenient too.

Course hours really depends on our submission but usually around 12-15 hours per week. Contact with the tutors is actually pretty convenient . The replies are very quick and always helpful. Every week we do learn something new which is usually pretty exciting. I don’t tend to miss classes at all because of that.

The only complaint is that our rooms are pretty small but it’s near the city centre so it’s kinda convenient too. There are a lot of amenities around - car park, laundry, game room,etc.
