very nice campus with good facilities and atmosphere. Students' union could improve I think, as they make it difficult for some societies to work e.g. the christian union events week. they have repeatedly told us that we can't do what we've proposed and then refused to tell us what the rules actually are because they're not written down (quote on quote so I might be incorrect). even so, they've made it very difficult for our events week to take place and have resulted in a much higher budget being needed this year than the last few years.

good course for ancient historians, however I would prefer a much more language based course, and the facilities for focusing on languages are slightly less, resulting in me having to do things I don't enjoy as much and having to do the same modules as everyone else, but with an additional language class for no extra credit.

Loved Whitefields, cheapest accommodation by far (it's not in use anymore after I moved out). Made great friends within the halls, and the facilities were not bad at all considering the price. I did have an ant infestation in my room and a leaky ceiling at one point but they got sorted out and my life was made very easy by the staff working there. (we also had the best cleaner called Lucy)

There are excellent facilities to work and the staff are very friendly. Good, affordable options for food and essentials nearby and great communication of local events and activities.

The teaching time is not enough to cover my entire set texts so potentially an extra texts reading class, making it 2 times a week would be very helpful. However my tutors are always very easy to contact and accommodating if I have any questions or points to discuss.

The location is safe however the noise is quite overwhelming sometimes as it is on campus - but this is to be expected. Overall it is pleasant enough for a halls residence.
