Lecturers and campus and students union is amazing! Some uni staff however see the business and don't see it is student orientated... I also have strong negitive views on our vice chancellor who makes poor money decisions I dont want a new water feature, id like new books in the library

Library is my second home. It could do with some specific texts but they have a process where you can request them. The 24 hour computer room is godsend

Perfect. 24 hour support from porters, 11-3 listening service every night, hall wardens every night, dsa is totally on the ball and counciling service is second to none!

Lampeter campus is almost like with our union. Sabbatical officers particully work round the clock to give students the best experience

There is no city. The only club is the Su, loads of pubs though. No shops besides supermarkets but there's always places to eat or get a haircut!

In tsd Lampeter campus has the most societies but the least amount of students, there is literally everything here, iys just a shame we aren't very good at the sports we play!

Classics department is amazing, you could not get a better group of lecturers interested in their students getting the best grade

This university let me in when no one else would and now I'm looking into a masters

Its no oxford but its safe and clean and the university has strict policy on fixing things when they fo break

This is a fantastic university, open to everyone who has a passion to excel in their chosen career path. The university is great for students, as it is such a small campus (Lampeter), this means that you get to know your lecturers and support staff by first name, you truly are a name and not just another number here! It has a great social life and tons of societies that you can join to become more involved in the life here. Overall it is a fantastic place to learn! I highly recommend applying here!

The facilities here are great, we even have a starbucks on campus and a café which does affordable and tasty food all day. We also have a great library, with the countries biggest collection of medieval manuscripts in the Roderick Bowen Archives. There is also a 24/7 computer room for those times when your laptop breaks or you just need to get away to do work for a while.

Student Support is excellent here, with a dedicated building housing all of the services, from counselling to finance and study support.

The students union is great, with its own bar and club on campus there is a great social life. The officers are there to help and there are tons of opportunities to get involved also.

The Lampeter campus is not located in a city, but there are regular bus services into Carmarthen and Aberystwyth.

There is a great range of societies on the Lampeter Campus with something to adhere to everyones interests.

The courses here are absolutely brilliant! Completely relevant and focused on the research interests of the lecturers they are all embedded with employability skills to make you prepared for the outside world. The lecturers are all extremely friendly and helpful and are there to do their very best for every student.

There are jobs in the surrounding town for when you study here, the university itself also offers many job prospects whilst here. As for when you leave university a degree from this institute opens many doors into further education or straight into employment.

The accommodation is good, most of it is undergoing refurbishment at some point to update the furnishings, but they make sure no one is living there before they do so. there is a good range of accommodation to choose from and all is extremely affordable compared to other universities.
