The University of Liverpool is an absolutely fantastic university to attend for any degree. It provides the best possible experience, from thought-provoking lectures to a wide variety of extra-curricular activities. Lectures are held throughout the campus which has two libraries, both specialising in different subjects. The University staff working in all departments, including the Libraries, the Students Union, the Careers department and the Support Centre, are helpful and supportive. These departments are always finding new and innovative ways to provide the best services possible for the students. Liverpool as a city is an incredibly cultured and affordable city to live, travel, shop and enjoy both day-trips and nights out. There are many free activities to do during the days including visiting the many different museums and art galleries in the city as well as a trip to the Liverpool docks to walk around the shops and visit the Beatles Story. Liverpool’s shopping centre in the city, known as Liverpool One, offers a variety of different retail shops, restaurants and activities including a cinema and a mini gold course.
