Facilities and opportunities are great it just feels very busy on campus during the day

The University of Strathclyde has been very supportive and resourceful with the many events organised by the union, sport clubs and the recommended tours/events by the ESN. I've met many friends through these events and enjoying my time here at Strathclyde. The university campus has nice library to study, plenty of study spaces, a giant sports centre and a great place at the terrace for cheap food and drinks. However, the campus is built on top of a hill and it is definitely an exercise every time you go to class. As an international exchange student I wish that there was a guaranteed student accommodation for me as it was a very stressful experience trying to find a place to live, although the university did provide me insights on how safely look for one, I would have loved the experience to be able to live near the campus and fully optimising the facilities offered rather than worrying about my expenses to travel and calculating the time it will take to get to class or home.

The course has been very interesting and focuses on building my confidence and requirements as an engineer. The resources from lecturers have been helpful and encourages student to reach out for questions. Also the lecturers are passionate about teaching and try to make it as entertaining and interactive as possible.
