In-class

No

Most of the staff are good however some lecturers are not very engaging in their lectures. Their is a short period to sign up to sports teams and I think this should be extended or have a trial for each semester. I like the city location and their is lots of things to do.

Best is we get at least two hours of contact time with lectures each week for each module and see our tutors every fortnight. However some of the course content for first year is quite easy and mainly involves recapping A-level skills. Some lecturers are not very engaging with the subject they teach and just read from the slides however others are great and very energetic and passionate and engaging when they teach.

I like that it isn't a high rise and has lots of green spaces near by however it is quite far from most of the university facilities and is an hour walk or 15 minutes bus ride and is also quite far from big shops and the university bus service to the location is only a single decker bus and could be slightly more frequent (every half an hour/15 mins). The bus times are also strange and don't correspond with the hourly times lectures end so at times you have to wait at the bus stop for 20 minutes or more after lectures.
