University of Derby has great engaging lecturers & Staff for good academic work, it also has programs & activities that encourage entrepreneurship and is very intentional about helping/assisting & providing students with resources for post academic success around getting Jobs. The school is also close to the City Centre & in proximity to several social & entertainment options that afford students choices. there are several initiatives underway at the school to improve quality of an already cool studying environment, i think the school will spring up many surprises positively as they grow

The Course are handled very well already with little room for improvement, with better funding University of Derby will deliver much more value

Deby is quite central with easy transport access to all parts of the East midlands, there's also plans for improved & new Infrastructure around Trams/Trains which a proposed one connecting Derby - Nottingham, which is amazing. there's also the newly formed East Midlands Combined County Authority (EMCCA) that is focused on improving regional skills, transport, housing, and boosting the economy

The lectures are committed and very engaging to learn from. Areas to improve would the the variety of food in markeaton street cafeteria.

As an apprentice I only attended uni on Mondays however the contact if efficiently covered.
