The best things are the community created on campus and university-wide as well as all of the support from staff (academic and otherwise).

The scheduling of masters to allow for students to work is really helpful, the staff are super friendly and helpful

Chester is the family I never want to leave! I initially wasn’t sure because of league tables and all that, but picking here over Lancaster on results day was one of the best decisions I have ever made

I loved the houses. Initially I was put with people who didn’t get on with me so I told the uni and they moved me swiftly and easily into a new house that was ideal. I loved the campus cats being around (and occasionally being snuck in during storms!) and being able to roll out of bed and head to lectures in five minutes
