How welcoming and friendly staff are and the friends I made

The lecturers and students union go above and beyond to help students, creating a very welcoming and positive environment. Only complaint would be the quality of equipment which are used in experiments, for example, my thesis wanted to monitor heart rate in our experiment, however all heart monitors the university supplied were broken, leading to me having to change my thesis objectives and focus.

The lectures are both engaging and interesting, I often look forward to them. The lecturers are very accommodating and the recorded lecture is extremely beneficial, as a dyslexic student to avoid feeling overwhelmed if I can't take notes fast enough. However, one lecture has a length of 3 hours and contains one 15 minute break which I believe is excessively long and not beneficial, as many other students have agreed to not be able to concentrate for 3 hours and struggle to stay focused after 2 hours of listening.
