Having such a green campus with grass and trees and the Keele lake / forest makes the place feel much more homely and healthy to be in, if the whole place was made of concrete like UEA it would be far worse and more stifling to be a part of.

Best aspect is the content, its really interesting and all encompassing. A weakness would be the methods of teaching, lots of the lectures can feel redundant because all of the information that is given is already available online through the Keele Learning Environment before the semester even begins.

The best part about halls are firstly the location, being so close to campus makes getting to lectures easy, the other best part is that halls do 38 week contracts, unlike most places off campus, meaning I dont waste money going home for the summer. The worst part is the cost, compared to what others get for a far lower price off campus, our rooms and facilities are, in my opinion, much too small and cramped. I pay over £230 a week and cant have a shower without turning the shower head off to use soap because there is no space to move out of the way of the water.

Very supportive staff and I’ve always had issues fixed quickly. I’ve made great friends and the night life is great. My course is well organised and questions are always answered.

My course is taught in-class. I have a good number of on campus hours. All of my lecturers can be contacted and respond quickly. Issues are always resolved quickly.

The halls were very nice. The kitchen however, is a little cramped but other than that the accommodation was very nice.
