The best is about the library, the worst is about the calling waiting time and administrative confusion to new students

The subject is niche and only offered at one other university in the UK. this course is also more competitive as it offers the ABP accreditation. what could be improved is the communications from the enrolment team. it took them 3.5 months to do what the student success team did in 2 days

I love that the course is entirely online. The modules are broken down in a way that is so easy to follow and get to grips with. the content is interesting and easy to read, and the assignments are relevant and designed to display skills and learning. The lectures are short but cover what is necessary and contact with the online facilitator is great
