The environment here is beautiful, making it a truly inspiring place to study. However, some administrative processes could be more student-friendly, which leaves room for improvement. Reducing complexity in these processes would enhance the overall experience for students and make the environment even better for learning.

The initial few courses were excellent and provided a solid foundation. However, as the program progressed, the quality seemed to taper off. In some cases, courses felt like they were left unfinished, and there were even instances of lecturers being switched mid-course, which affected the continuity and depth of learning.

What I appreciate most about the university's halls is the convenience of living close to campus. However, the administrative processes are overly complicated, often making it feel more like dealing with a bureaucratic government office than a welcoming hospitality service. Simplifying these processes would make a huge difference in creating a more student-friendly environment.
