Best parts = The School of Management Building is a fantastic place to work and network with like-minded individuals. Also, the SU is brilliant for similar reasons and the library is a great location to concentrate. Playing sport is incredibly fun too at the University's fantastic facilities. Worst part = The bus journey to campus from Oldfield can be very tedious and difficult. Some buses get cancelled and the journey can be heavily delayed.

The best aspects = the panopto recordings are fantastic to watch with clear quality if you have missed a lecture or need to understand something better. The lecturers are knowledgeable and brilliant public speakers. Worst aspects = The lack of seminars this year. This is important as I feel you can get a more personal and in-depth understanding of the subject when you have seminars but only 1 of my modules includes them this semester.

I had 17 people in my halls which I enjoyed. Being able to converse and interact with so many people daily was amazing and this reduced the loneliness for sure. I also loved the rooms as they were small but not too small. They felt personal which was important & the showers were of high quality. I disliked the kitchen at times due to how busy they got and sometimes dirty. However, they were cleaned regularly and maintained well.

i would advice you to go to happy hour join clubs. and make happy hour longer in the su. there is a good mix of units and loads of help on placement finding, i really enjoy going here, it is a great university
