Northumbria University is like a home from home for myself. From the welcoming staff to the friendly geordies, it has everything I would want from a university. The lecturers are easy to talk to and the campus feel is relaxing and laid back.

Newcastle is a great student city, with everything from shopping to restaurants and bars. I always feel safe in the city and the people are extremely friendly

There is a club and society for anything you could think of, from DJ societies to chess and everything in between

Courses split between lectures, seminars and workshops. Much more time spent in smaller groups providing more interactive sessions with lecturers

A real emphasis on real experience and placement work has ensured my job prospects are looking very positive
