The university facilities are wonderful, especially the Cavendish Building and the library. The professors are very helpful and kind. However, the university doesn't seem to provide enough financial support for international students during unforeseen circumstances. For example, in my case, I needed urgent financial help because of a massive digital blackout in my country, Iran. My family couldn't send me money for a month, and unfortunately, the university did not offer any assistance.

I am passionate about my course because it benefits both the planet and society. Studying Net-zero buildings is essential so we can minimize our environmental impact and reduce pollution.

The location of the Markeaton Street campus is fascinating. It is right in front of Markeaton Brook, which gives students the opportunity to enjoy a biodiverse atmosphere with nature and wildlife. It is also very close to both Britannia Mill and the Kedleston Road campus.

What I like most about Princess Alice Court is the location. I can easily access all campuses on foot. Also, the atmosphere of the place is very welcoming. The assistants and the hall manager are very helpful and kind.
