Strath's architecture course is one of the most progressive in the country - with a real focus on real world applications, sustainability, and buildability. The one thing that lets it down is access to facilities - the department feels like its struggling on a low budget. Space can be limited, and materials are all purchased by students, which quickly adds up.

The lectures are brilliant, and the topics are always relevant. Staff actively try to improve the course based on student feedback. Contact time with tutors, however, is really lacking. Design Studies projects are central to the curriculum, with a lot of other classes basing their submissions off of development of this work. There have been no more than 8 full-days worth of contact with tutors whereas some other Architecture courses have 2x days a week (24/semester)

Was tired but filled a need. Location was great and I never felt unsafe
