University of Salford gives ample support to the students, the tutors are friendly and supportive. I wish my course would have chance for industrial placement.

The course is interesting and informative. The tutors are friendly and supportive. I wish the timetable will be better planned and industrial placement would be included in my course.

Best aspects: The University of Salford has a really welcoming and supportive learning environment. The lecturers are approachable and genuinely interested in helping students understand the course material. I also love how diverse the student community is, it creates a rich environment for learning and connection. The campus facilities are excellent, especially the availability of study spaces and modern learning resources. Areas for improvement: It would be great if there were more social or networking events to help students connect outside of lectures.

Best aspects: The course is well-structured, and the lecturers explain topics clearly while being approachable whenever students need help. I also like that the teaching style combines both theory and practical examples, which makes it easier to understand and apply what we learn. The blended learning approach works well, online materials are accessible, and in-person sessions provide space for discussions and hands-on learning. Worst aspects / what could be improved: Sometimes the workload can feel quite heavy, especially when several assignments are due around the same period.

What I like most: The halls are comfortable, secure, and conveniently located close to classes and shops. The rooms are generally well-kept, and it’s easy to meet people and make friends in the shared spaces. I also appreciate how responsive the maintenance team is whenever something needs fixing. What I like least / what could be improved: Some of the bathroom fittings and general design feel a bit outdated. For example, the sink holder and overall setup could be more modern and in line with current standards. It would also be great if there were small upgrades to make the facilities feel fresher and more up to date.
