The University provides nice areas to study both in company or alone. It does become quite busy during exam season however, making it a bit stressful to find a place. The main campus in Old Aberdeen is very unique and peculiar, with gardens, typical Scottish buildings, and also a very modern library and laboratory building. The medical campus is a bit less appealing, especially from the outside, but the inside rooms are still nice.

The best experiences of my course were the Anatomy course which was amazingly taught, and the internship/placement during 4th year which has allowed me to build a network and to receive a Phd offer. The worst experience was that as I started in 2020 during Covid, at first every class was online and that has prevented me from creating a friend group before 2nd or 3rd year. Additionally, classes are quite scattered throughout the week and they're not consistent in timeslots, hence they are preventing me from building a decent routine.
