I love how the lectures are structured and the attention given to the students. So far I've not experienced anything bad so I'm really happy with my decision to study here.

University is such a fun experince and I feel people who don’t go to university and just work all their life are really missing out on a great experience. I advise everyone to do everything the more things you do the better time you will have which will mean the more friends you have meaning youll have more things to do. Its a great circle. The city is very good and i think it is a relatively big city, enough for me to get lost on the first few weeks but not too bad because i know my way around now. I like my course and the lecturers are ok but i think university is very different from sixth form as it is very independent and you wont get punished you will just end up with a crappy grade and when your paying 9000 pounds a year thats not what you or you parents would want you to do. I think university makes me more competitive which is good. The nightlife is great and there are lots and lots of clubs which on a week day are super cheap! I would recommend my university and would give people who are thinking about university of sheffield to ay freshers is the best week, discovery week is also good so come to the open days and see what you think.
