The University of Essex is fantastic! The diversity, academics, and campus facilities are all top-notch, and the support for students is amazing. The only thing that could improve is offering more career opportunities and hands-on experiences, but overall, it’s an incredible place to study!

The best part of my course is the interactive teaching and flexible learning options, with great support from lecturers. The only downside is the lack of practical opportunities like internships to boost career readiness.

The university halls are amazing! The location is perfect, the rooms are comfortable, and the safety and management are excellent. The only downside is the bathroom having separate taps for hot and cold water, which can be inconvenient.

I am currently doing a semester abroad at the University of Essex, as I am from Canada. So far my time here has been pleasant, as the campus and classes have been good, and have been fairly easy to transition to from back home.

Lectures and seminars could more productive, and where more learning could take place.

Very close to grocery store, walking trail and train station which makes it pleasant. Amenities and the dorms themselves are very good. However, only complain would be the price of laundry, which can be very expensive
