Interesting. A mix of ups and downs, but there is support out there its just not at a very hight standard at the moment. The community of the university is fantastic

Yes it is, there are a few local shops five minutes from my house as well as a frequent main bus service . There are also shops and services on campus and there is a main frequent bus route to the city

We are a very small course so you have more opertunities to have a relationship with your lecturers but they don't seem to act on that

We are learning transferable skills within my degree but as far as employment in my specific degree field there is not much that the university are doing in order to help me and my fellow students achieve that

The location of my house is a great distance from campus it takes me around 20 minutes to walk to campus. It is in a fairly safe neighbourhood as its main family residential with a few students. The money I am paying monthly in rent is quite steep in comparison to the state of the building

There have been good and bad moments but overall it's been a very positive experience as I am much happier than I have been at home. I would tell future students to not put too much pressure on themselves on studying or making friends, and to study the degree that you want to study not what your parents want.

They are very useful, however some of the cafes can be expensive. The library is amazing and has a good academic atmosphere for studying

I haven't yet accessed the wellbeing services however the academic support is very good

It's really great, the staff/ members are friendly and helpful

Good in terms of accommodation, however the nearest affordable shop which is Aldi is an hours walk there and back, and you have to get a bus or taxi if you want to go into the city

There is a great variety of societies and clubs so there's something for everyone but some of the societies can be expensive to join

I like how thorough the lecturers are and how they manage to keep it interesting. I don't like that occasionally some of my seminars seem to just be the leader reading from a powerpoint

I haven't been informed of any opportunities for work placements as of yet

Very safe, apart from the fact that my window doesn't't lock. It's in good condition but there are no proper ovens. The cost is good for what we're getting.
