I think the student union is very involved with planning events which helps to bring students together and make new friends. I have also found this is the case for societies. I believe a bigger focus on mental health and student support could really benefit the university. Also the health centre could be looked at, as while it is in a very useful place for students to access, I have found it’s not easily accessible to organise appointments.

The course offers a variety of modules to delve into the different aspects of art history, particularly in first year. I have found what modules I enjoy and will more likely study in the next years. I think there should be more of a focus on exam skills and assignment help in class. Even for just 10 minutes, I think it would be useful for the lecturers to break down what is needed for the assignments or exams.

I like the price of the halls and the location in relation to the university. It is one of the further ones from campus but it still feels like a quick walk. The staff are also very helpful.
